急诊外科轮转在外科住院医师规范化培训中的意义

Significance of Emergency Surgery Rotation in the Standardized Training of Surgical Residents in Tertiary General Hospitals

目的探索在外科住院医师规范化培训轮转科室中增加急诊外科轮转在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将2020年6月—2021年12月在海军军医大学第二附属外科住院医师规范化培训基地进行住院医师规范化培训的64名外科住培医师为研究对象,随机分为试验组及对照组,每组各32名医师,试验组采用增加急诊外科轮转法,对照组采用传统科室轮转法,通过客观成绩测定、学生主观评价教学满意度来评估两种不同轮转方法的教学效果。结果对比两组的客观成绩,试验组的病案分析、临床技能操作均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学满意度调查,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增加急诊外科轮转的住培轮转模式可弥补普通外科各亚专科临床诊疗病种不足的缺陷,能够显著提高外科住院医师规范化培训的效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of adding emergency surgical rotation in standardized training of surgical residents in rotation departments of standardized training of surgical residents. Methods From June 2020to December 2021, 64 surgical residents who received standardized training for residents in the Second Affiliated Surgical Training Base of Naval Medical University were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 32 in each group. The experimental group adopted the rotation method of emergency surgery, while the control group adopted the rotation method of traditional departments. The teaching effects of the two different rotation methods were evaluated by objective achievement measurement and students’ subjective evaluation of teaching satisfaction. Results In the objective results of the two groups, the medical record analysis and clinical skills of the test group were higher than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). According to the teaching satisfaction survey, the experimental group was higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Increasing the rotation mode of emergency surgery can make up for the shortage of clinical diagnosis and treatment of various subspecialties of general surgery, and can significantly improve the effect of standardized training of surgical residents.
