SWOT分析法在精准肝脏外科教学中的应用

Application of SWOT Analysis in Precision Liver Surgery Teaching Program

目的 评价SWOT分析法对精准肝脏外科教学质量的影响,达到提升教学质量、进一步在新疆医科大学第一附属医院推广精准肝脏外科理念的目的。方法 分别选取2019年9—12月与2020年9—12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院消化血管外科中心实习的临床医学系学生各150名。分析、比较应用SWOT分析法前后教学质量变化以及参与者对精准肝脏外科理念掌握程度,明确SWOT分析法在精准肝脏外科教学中的实践价值。结果试验组理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组,且试验组对教学质量满意占比明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 应用SWOT分析法能提升精准肝脏外科教学质量,改善医务工作者对精准肝脏外科理念的认知。SWOT分析法在精准肝脏外科教学中作用较好,值得参考。

Objective To improve the teaching quality and promote the concept of precision in liver surgery, the role of SWOT analysis in the teaching quality of precision in liver surgery was evaluated. Methods 150 students from clinical medicine departments who practiced in the digestive and vascular surgery center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September to December 2019 and from September to December 2020 were selected respectively. Analyze and compare the changes in teaching quality before and after the application of SWOT analysis method and the participants’ mastery of the concept of precision liver surgery, and clarify the practical value of SWOT analysis method in the teaching of precision liver surgery. Results The theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the proportion of the experimental group satisfied with the teaching quality was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of SWOT analysis can improve the teaching quality of precision liver surgery,and improve the medical workers’ understanding of the concept of precision liver surgery. SWOT analysis method plays a better role in the teaching of precision liver surgery,which is worth reference.
