住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,在医学终生教育中起到承前启后的重要作用,是实施专科医师培训的基石。思政课不仅仅是政治课,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,还是专业知识能被有效消化吸收的保障。以内科老年病学专业为例,阐述课程思政建设有助于培训过程中住培医师明确角色定位积极主动学习,有助于带教教师发挥主体作用、实现教学相长的目标,还有助于行政管理人员从顶层设计的角度落实教书育人的统领作用。

The standardized training of resident doctors is an important part of the education of medical students after graduation. It plays an important role in the lifelong education of medical science. Ideological and political courses are not only political courses, but also key courses to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, as well as guarantees that professional knowledge can be effectively digested and absorbed. In the standardized training and education of resident doctors, it is more necessary to carry out the educational policy of curriculum ideological and political thought, so as to cultivate doctors who respect life, save the dying and heal the wounded and have excellent skills. Taking the specialty of internal medicine geriatrics as an example, this paper expounds that the ideological and political construction of the curriculum is helpful for the resident and training doctors to clarify their role and learn actively during the training process, for the teachers to play the main role to achieve the goal of teaching and learning, and for the administrative personnel to implement the leading role of teaching and educating from the perspective of top-level design.
