大学生的心理问题直接影响到他们的学习和生活,大学生心理健康教育是高校实现心理育人的重要途径,也是当今教育界关注的热点问题之一。随着进入21世纪20年代,大学生心理健康教育迫在眉睫。文章主要阐述了21世纪20年代大学生存在的诸如人际交往障碍、就业焦虑、学习懈怠、睡眠障碍以及群体生活焦虑等心理健康问题,同时也指出目前心理健康教育存在学校重视不够、心理健康教育师资不足、形式单一刻板不能有效解决大学生心理健康问题的现状。结合我国当前心理健康教育的现状及存在的问题,提出21世纪20年代开展心理健康教育的重要策略,首先在思想上重视高校大学生心理健康教育,其次应构建完善的心理健康教育体系,进一步加强校园文化建设,营造良好和谐校园氛围,积极利用互联网资源优势进行心理健康教育教学模式改革。只有拥有积极、乐观的心理状态,学生才能全身心地投入学习和生活中去,顺利地完成学业。21世纪20年代加强大学生心理健康教育、完善高校心理健康教育体系、组建高水平的心理健康教育师资团队势在必行。

College students’ psychological problems directly affect their study and life. College students’ mental health education is an important way to achieve psychological education in colleges and universities, and is also one of the hot issues in the education field. With the coming of 2020s, college students’ mental health education is extremely urgent. The article mainly expounds the mental problems, such as interpersonal obstacles of college students,employment anxiety and learning slack, sleep disorders, and anxiety in group life. It is also pointed out the psychological health education in the school, which dose not attach great importance to the teaching task, and the psychological health education form is single and rigid, cannot effectively solve the problem of college students’ mental health status. Combined with the status quo of the current mental health education in our country, some strategies need to be carried out, first attaches great importance to the college students mental health education in the thoughts,the second should construct the perfect system of mental health education, to further strengthen the construction of campus culture, create a good and harmonious campus atmosphere, Actively use the advantages of Internet resources to reform the teaching mode of mental health education. Only with a positive and optimistic mental state can students devote themselves to study and life and successfully complete their studies. In the 2020s, it is imperative to strengthen the mental health education of college students, improve the mental health education system of colleges and universities, and establish a high level of mental health education teacher team.
