摘要
神经外科由于临床神经解剖复杂、手术风险高等特性,使得神经外科医师学习成长比较困难。临床神经解剖是神经外科手术的重要基础,临床神经解剖培训对于神经外科医师成长至关重要。传统临床神经解剖教学采用多媒体课件授课,操作训练主要是在解剖实验室进行尸头临床神经解剖培训。第五代移动通信网络即5G(the fifth generation network)具有高带宽、低时延和大网络容量特性。2019年以来全国5G网络规模建设迅飞猛进,紧跟5G及相关技术发展是未来教育的发展趋势。为提高神经外科手术带教质量,解放军总医院神经外科加强软硬件建设,持续改进教学方法,创新引入5G远程教学模式。在5G远程手术带教的全过程中贯穿临床神经解剖知识,通过互联网实时互动教学优势有效解决临床神经解剖教学实践中实践病例少、实践操作不足、理解困难、互动性差、教学资源缺乏、学习枯燥等问题。使手术带教水平得到了较大提升,得到广大神经外科学员的认可。
Neurosurgery is difficult for doctors in clinical learning because of its complex clinical neuroanatomy and high surgical risk.Clinical neuroanatomy is the important basis of neurosurgery.Clinical neuroanatomy training is very important for the growth of neurosurgeons.The traditional clinical neuroanatomy teaching adopts multimedia courseware,and the operation training is mainly the clinical neuroanatomy training of cadaveric head in the anatomy laboratory.5 g(the fifth generation network) refers to the fifth generation mobile communication network,which is high bandwidth,low delay and large network capacity.Since2019,the construction of national 5 G network scale has made rapid progress.Keeping up with the development of 5 g and related technologies is the development trend of education in the future.In order to improve the quality of neurosurgery teaching,the Department of Neurosurgery of PLA General Hospital strengthened the construction of software and hardware,and continuously improved teaching methods.Since 2019,5 G teaching mode has been innovated and introduced,and clinical neuroanatomy knowledge has been permeated in the whole process of 5 G teaching,Through the advantages of Internet real-time interactive teaching,the problems such as few practical cases,insufficient practical operation,difficult understanding,poor interaction,lack of teaching resources and boring learning can be effectively solved.The operation teaching level has been greatly improved,and has been recognized by the majority of neurosurgeons.
