摘要
城市面积的快速扩张导致了城市内涝严重、水资源得不到充分利用的现象,海绵城市的理念为解决城市发展问题提供了新的技术路径。由于无法大规模地改变原有城市的格局,在原有城区构建“海绵体”的空间较少,海绵城市这一建筑理念即显得优势明显。海绵城市下绿色屋顶具有不占用城市的垫面面积、施工难度较小的优势,对其进行略微的改造后就可以实现“海绵体”的建设。本文就海绵城市理论下建筑绿色屋顶的技术路径和作用机理进行研究,以期实现对城市立体空间的二次低影响的挖掘和利用,继而更好地推动海绵城市的建设。
The rapid expansion of urban area has led to serious urban waterlogging and underutilization of water resources,and the concept of sponge city provides a new technical path to solve the problem of urban development.Since the original urban pattern cannot be changed on a large scale,there is less space to build a“sponge body”in the original urban area,and the architectural concept of sponge city is obviously advantageous.The green roof under the sponge city has the advantage of not occupying the mat area of the city and the small construction difficulty,and the construction of the“sponge body”can be realized after a slight transformation.This paper studies the technical path and mechanism of green roofs under the sponge city theory,in order to realize the excavation and utilization of secondary low impact on urban three-dimensional space,and accordingly better promote the construction of sponge city.
