随着我国经济发展和科技进步,社会对建筑行业提出了更高的质量要求,其中,水利工程在建筑领域中占据着相当重要的地位,因此,做好水利工程的造价全过程管理和控制工作显得尤为重要。相关水利部门和水利工程施工单位要认真分析自身施工管理的现状,在水利工程施工的各个阶段做好控制和管理工作。基于此,本文将简述水利工程造价全过程控制与管理作用,浅析当前水利工程控制和管理工作的缺陷,并提出一些管理意见以供参考。

With the economic development and scientific and technological progress of China,the society has put forward higher quality requirements for the construction industry,among which water conservancy project occupies a very important position in the field of construction,so it is particularly important to perform well in the whole process management and control of the water conservancy project cost.Relevant water conservancy departments and water conservancy project construction units should carefully analyze the current situation of their own construction management and perform well in control and management at all construction stages of water conservancy projects.Based on this condition,this paper will briefly describe the role of the whole process control and management of water conservancy project cost,briefly analyze the shortcomings of the current water conservancy project control and management,and put forward some management suggestions for reference.
