In the process of the continuous implementation of the national“Belt and Road”initiative,the investment in overseas engineering projects has developed rapidly,and many enterprises are actively carrying out related projects to achieve the goal of opening up the market and creating higher economic benefits.Through understanding the actual situation of current overseas investment projects,it can be found that the contract risk control capabilities of domestic enterprises need to be further strengthened.Therefore,this paper will first elaborate on the contract risks of overseas engineering projects,and put forward targeted management strategies according to related risks,aiming to strengthen enterprise risk control capabilities and help enterprises create higher economic benefits.
