At present,China’s construction industry is developing rapidly,and the design management of construction engineering has become a very important task.Specifically in medical building EPC projects,the management of conceptual design work covers a lot of functional contents,which requires great attention.This paper discusses the measures for the optimization management of conceptual design of medical building EPC projects based on practice,for reference.
