摘要
随着工程项目管理理念的不断深入,对工程监理人员的要求也越来越严格,如何在监理过程中正确把握工程质量、进度和造价控制,是每个监理人员都要仔细研究考虑的问题。工程进度控制是其中重要的一项工作,监理人员应利用合理有效的监理手段对工程项目的工期进行控制,尽可能使工期在施工合同约定工期内完成,使工程项目尽早地产生它该有的社会效益和经济效益。本文主要针对监理如何把握进度控制进行阐述,以供广大同业人员参考。
With the deepening of the engineering project management concept,the requirements for project supervisors are increasingly stringent,and how to correctly control the project quality,progress and cost in the supervision process is a problem that every supervisor should carefully study and consider.Project progress control is one of the important tasks,and the supervisors should use reasonable and effective supervision means to control the construction period of the project,and complete the construction period as specified in the construction contract as far as possible,so that the engineering project can produce its due social and economic benefits as soon as possible.This paper mainly expounds on how supervisors perform progress control,for the reference of the majority of peers.
