摘要
在“立德树人”任务的指导下,结合“新文科”和“金课”的建设目标,农林院校经管类专业“重知识传递而轻素质提升、重课堂讲授而轻教学互动、重理论教学而轻实践培养、重考试评价而轻过程考核”的传统教学模式不适应人才培养目标。基于此,本文提出农林院校经管类专业应紧密融入课堂思政,开展线上线下混合式教学,构建虚拟仿真实验平台,重视过程性考核的混合式教学模式改革。以期强化学生树立高尚的道德情操和职业信念,培养以“农”为背景的专业型、创新型、应用型和实践型农林院校经管类人才。
Under the task of“fostering virtue through education”,combined with the purpose of“new liberal arts”and“gold courses”,the traditional teaching model of economy and management specialties in agricultural and forestry universities, which is “laying too much stress upon knowledge transfer than quality improvement;paying more attention to in-class teaching over instructional interaction;emphasizing theoretical teaching and neglecting practice training;appreciating final test evaluation system and ignoring process evaluation”,is not suitable to the goal of talent cultivation.Based on this viewpoint, this paper proposes that economy and management specialties in agricultural and forestry universities should be closely integrated into in-class ideological and political education, should carry out blended on-line and off-line teaching, should construct experimental platform of virtual simulation and pay more attention of teaching mode reform that emphasize process assessment and blended teaching, in order to serve the purpose of strengthening noble morality and occupational belief of the students and nurturing professional, innovative, applied and practical talents with backgrounds of agriculture of economy and management specialties in agricultural and forestry universities.
