Method of partner selection in the supply chain of enterprise

在传统的有限方案多目标决策方法的基础之上,根据描述对象的不同将全部决策指标分成多个决策指标子集,然后运用熵信息法对决策指标子集中的个体指标进行个体权重确定,得到个体指标的客观权重,再运用专家相对评分法对各个决策指标子集进行整体权重确定,得到各个决策指标子集的权重,从多层次、多角度对候选企业进行评估与决策,从而得到一种适合供需链中企业的合作伙伴选择算法。

A method of partner selection in the supply chain of enterprise is presented. The method can be used to select a partner for enterprises in the supply chain from different points of view . It is based on the ordinary multiple objective decision with finite alternatives and the process of selecting partners in the supply chain of enterprise in practice. It improves the method of determining the weights of attributes in the ordinary multiple objective decision with finite alternatives. All attributes are classed into different decision subsets in it, and then the entropy information method is used to determine the weight of every attribute in every decision subset. At last the expert determining relative weight method is used to determine the relative weight of every decision subset.
