摘要
煤炭开采过程中,巷道的通风和密闭性对保障井下安全有序生产和作业人员的生命安全发挥重要作用。普通喷射混凝土存在固结时间长、回弹率高、粉尘质量浓度大等缺点,难以满足矿井安全高效生产的要求。为解决上述问题,研发了KA-GK加强型堵漏风用聚氨酯材料,应用于煤矿巷道堵漏风处理。以石圪台煤矿102工作面为背景,采用FLAC^(3D)软件进行数值模拟,得到围岩沉降变形和支护结构应力曲线,并开展现场试验,监测得到机尾安全出口气体浓度曲线,对比了KA-GK加强型堵漏风用聚氨酯材料和不同强度的混凝土材料在喷射应用中的效果。研究结果表明,KA-GK加强型堵漏风用聚氨酯材料在围岩变形和支护结构受力方面和普通喷射混凝土材料有着相同的效果,且KA GK加强型堵漏风用聚氨酯材料具备固结时间短、延伸率高、韧性好、封闭性好、施工效率高等突出特点,有效弥补了普通喷射混凝土材料的不足。
In the process of coal mining,the ventilation and sealing of the roadway play an important role in ensuring the safe and orderly production underground and the life safety of the operation personnel.Ordinary shotcrete has many disadvantages such as long consolidation time,high rebound rate and large dust mass concentration,which is difficult to meet the requirements of efficient and safe production.In order to solve these problems,the KA-GK reinforced wind leakage plugging polyurethane material was developed and applied to the coal mine roadway for wind leakage treatment.Using the 102 working face of Shigetai Coal Mine as the background,the FLAC^(3D) software was used for numerical simulation to obtain the surrounding rock settlement deformation and supporting structure stress curve.The field test was carried out,and it had monitored the gas concentration curve at the tail safety outlet,and compared the effects of KA-GK reinforced polyurethane material and concrete materials of different strength in the injection application.The results show that KA-GK reinforced leakage polyurethane material has the same effect with ordinary concrete materials in terms of surrounding rock deformation and supporting structure,while the KA-GK reinforced leakage polyurethane material has short consolidation time,high extension rate,good toughness and sealing ability and high construction efficiency,which effectively makes up for the shortage of ordinary concrete materials.
