摘要
为了更有效地解决煤炭资源开发利用过程中产生的煤矸石处置难题,提出将煤矸石作为煤矿井巷注浆充填材料的技术思路,具体可实施为煤矸石高位覆岩离层注浆、采空区邻位注浆、采空区原位灌浆的综合处置技术;阐述了上述3种煤矸石注浆技术的原理、实施手段及其适用条件,构建了注浆综合处置的优化管理模型。经过具体煤矿的工程实践表明,该注浆综合处置技术是煤矸石综合利用技术发展的新方向,可实现煤矸石规模化、无害化处理,并取得良好的经济、环境及社会效益。
In order to effectively solve the problem of coal gangue disposal in the process of coal resource development and utilization,the technical idea of using coal gangue as the grouting and filling material of coal mine roadway is proposed by implementing the integrated disposal technology of high overburden separation grouting of coal gangue,adjacent grouting in goaf and in-situ grouting in goaf.The principle,implementation means and applicable conditions of the above three gangue grouting technologies are described,and the integrated disposal optimization management model of grouting is constructed.The specific coal mine engineering practice shows that the comprehensive disposal technology of grouting is a new direction for the development of comprehensive utilization technology of coal gangue,which can realize the large-scale and harmless treatment of coal gangue,and achieve good economic,environmental and social benefits.
