摘要
随着中国制造2025战略规划以及德国工业4.0理念的提出,未来制造业将向信息化、自动化、智能化方向发展,进一步提升制造业的生产效率和产品质量。通过运用精益化的科学管理理念,结合MES系统对原材料检验“人、机、料、法、环、测”信息实时、准确、全面的收集,依托MES系统大数据的分析和处理,进一步提升产品质量管控。
With the strategic plan of"Made in China 2025"and the concept of"German Industry 4.0"put forward,the future manufacturing industry will develop in the direction of informatization,automation and intelligence,and further improve the production efficiency and product quality of the manufacturing industry.Through the application of the lean scientific management concept and the combination of the MES system,the"human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement"information of raw material inspection is collected in real time,accurately and comprehensively,and relying on the analysis and processing of the big data of the MES system,the product quality control is further improved.
