摘要
随着建筑工业化和信息化的发展,“BIM+装配式”成为近年来建筑业发展的新动向。然而,BIM在实践中的应用价值却一直存在争议,针对装配式建筑的BIM应用效益的研究就更加缺乏,这也制约了BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用推广。因此,本文通过质性研究的方式,构建一个具有两级指标的装配式建筑BIM技术应用效益指标体系。并以一个装配式建筑BIM技术应用项目为案例,运用模糊综合评价法对其进行评价分析。从而为装配式建筑BIM技术应用效益评价提供一定的参考价值,以促进装配式建筑中BIM技术应用的发展。
With the development of building industrialization and informatization,"BIM+assembly"has become a new trend in the development of the construction industry in recent years.However,the application value of BIM in practice has always been controversial,and the research on the application benefits of BIM in prefabricated buildings is even less,which also restricts the application and promotion of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.Therefore,through qualitative research,this paper constructs a two-level indicator system for the application benefit of prefabricated building BIM technology.Taking an application project of prefabricated building BIM technology as a case,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze it.Therefore,it provides a certain reference value for the evaluation of the application benefits of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings,and promotes the development of BIM technology application in prefabricated buildings.
