斜拉桥斜塔锚固区环形预应力孔道摩阻试验研究

Experimental Study on Friction Resistance of Annular Prestressed Duct in Inclined Tower Anchorage Zone of Cable Stayed Bridge

摘要 依托宜昌市某斜拉桥工程,对主塔锚固区域U形环向预应力筋孔道摩阻损失进行摩阻试验,采用最小二乘法原理拟合试验数据,计算得到该工程的孔道摩阻系数与孔道偏差系数,并于设计值对比进行修正校核,将环形预应力钢绞线张拉伸长值控制在合理范围内。 Relying on a cable stayed bridge project in Yichang City,the friction test was carried out on the friction loss of U-shaped circumferential prestressed reinforcement duct in the anchorage area of the main tower.The least square method was used to fit the test data,and the duct friction coefficient and duct deviation coefficient of the project were calculated,and the design value was compared for correction and verification,so as to control the tensioning elongation of the annular prestressed steel strand within a reasonable range.
