随着十四五规划的到来,国家对建筑施工行业的发展也有了新的要求,在施工质量控制方面,以建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)为首的数字化技术结合信息化管理引领的精细化管理成为时代主流,本文结合实际案例进行分析,阐明了在精细化管理下质量控制的优势,为施工质量管理提供了新思路。

With the arrival of the Fourteenth Five Year Plan,the country also has new requirements for the development of the construction industry.In terms of construction quality control,the digital technology led by Building Information Modeling(BIM)combined with the refined management led by information management has become the mainstream of the times.This paper analyzes the actual cases and clarifies the advantages of quality control under the refined management,It provides a new idea for construction quality management.
