基于ANSYS的含局部减薄缺陷管道有限元分析

摘要 本文使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用控制变量法,对含局部减薄缺陷压力管道进行结构静力有限元分析,探索在局部减薄缺陷作用下,压力管道剩余强度和等效应力的变化规律。本文所述局部减薄缺陷是以圆形为研究对象,圆形缺陷的主要尺寸要素是缺陷直径和缺陷深度,当缺陷直径不变时,可得出缺陷管道的剩余强度和等效应力随着缺陷深度改变的变化规律,当缺陷深度不变时,得出缺陷管道的剩余强度和等效应力随着缺陷直径改变的变化规律,为后续进一步对各行业领域中压力管道的剩余强度、承载能力、剩余寿命和安全可靠性研究提供理论依据。 This paper uses ANSYS finite element analysis software and control variable method to carry out structural static finite element analysis of penstock with local thinning defects,and explores the change rule of residual strength and equivalent stress of penstock under the effect of local thinning defects.The local thinning defects described in this paper take the circle as the research object.The main size elements of circular defects are defect diameter and defect depth.When the defect diameter is constant,the change rule of the residual strength and equivalent stress of the defective pipeline with the defect depth can be obtained.When the defect depth is constant,the change rule of the residual strength and equivalent stress of the defective pipeline with the defect diameter can be obtained,It provides a theoretical basis for further research on residual strength,bearing capacity,residual life and safety reliability of pressure pipes in various industries.
