减缩剂对混凝土性能影响的研究

摘要 混凝土的耐久性对混凝土的影响极大,是否产生裂缝又是影响其耐久性的一个重要因素,而混凝土收缩又是产生裂缝的重要原因之一。文章选取不同的减缩剂掺量,制备了六组混凝土,测定其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、自收缩、塑性收缩以及干燥收缩的影响。研究表明,在减缩剂掺量0.1%~0.5%时,对混凝土的抗压强度有负面影响。在掺量0.1%~0.3%时,对劈拉强度有积极影响。减缩剂能够有效地减少塑性收缩。在掺量范围内,随着掺量的增加,自收缩和干缩也随之降低。 The durability of concrete has a great influence on concrete.Whether cracks occur is an important factor affecting its durability,and concrete shrinkage is one of the important reasons for cracks.In this paper,six groups of concrete were prepared with different dosage of shrinkage reducing agent,and their compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,autogenous shrinkage,plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage were measured.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete is negatively affected when the content of shrinkage reducing agent is 0.1%~0.5%.When the content is 0.1%~0.3%,the splitting tensile strength is positively affected.Shrinkage reducing agent can effectively reduce plastic shrinkage.In the range of dosage,with the increase of dosage,self shrinkage and dry shrinkage also decrease.
