高压氧在治疗犬和猫肾衰竭中的应用

Application of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Renal Failure in Dogs and Cats

高压氧治疗(HBOT)是许多肾脏疾病的首选或辅助治疗方法,而肾衰竭为多种肾脏疾病的最终结局,是目前导致犬和猫临床死亡的主要疾病之一,一旦达到肾脏疾病终末期,难以治疗。论文介绍常规治疗基础上,利用高压氧(HBO)对30例肾衰竭犬和猫的治疗,每日高压氧1 h,5日为一疗程,治疗1~4个疗程。治疗后血清尿素氮、肌酐、无机磷和血液pH、碱剩余、乳酸含量均趋于正常,30例动物中8例死亡,15例恢复正常,7例病情好转。高压氧配合常规治疗肾衰竭,缩短了病程,疗效可靠,值得推广。

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)is the first choice or adjuvant therapy for many acute and chronic kidney diseases,and renal failure is the final outcome of many kidney diseases which is currently one of the main diseases that cause clinical death in dogs and cats.Once it reaches the terminal stage of kidney disease,it is difficult to treat.This article introduced the treatment of 30 cases of renal failure dogs and cats with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the basis of conventional treatment.Hyperbaric oxygen is given for 1h every day,5 days as a course of treatment,1-4 courses of treatment.After treatment,serum urea nitrogen,creatinine,inorganic phosphorus,pH,alkali surplus,and lactic acid content tended to be normal.8 of the 30 animals died,15 returned to normal,and 7 improved.Hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional treatment of renal failure shortens the course of disease,has reliable curative effect,and is worthy of promotion.
