摘要
2020年8月,陕西省韩城市某北京鸭养殖场发生雏鸭急性死亡病例,为了确定病因,通过对送检的5只病死雏鸭和5只病危雏鸭进行病理剖检、PCR检测、细菌分离鉴定和动物致病性试验等,最终确诊本次导致雏鸭急性死亡的病原为大肠埃希氏菌,且分离的大肠埃希氏菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、新霉素、红霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、多黏菌素B和复方新诺明等药物耐药,对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、阿奇霉素、头孢他啶、头孢氨苄、氧氟沙星和多西环素等药物敏感。本起雏鸭急性死亡病例的诊断,为当地北京鸭养殖场的疫病防控提供了指导。
August 2020,an outbreak of duckling death occurred in a Beijing duck farm in Hancheng city,Shaanxi province.In order to determine the cause,5 dead ducklings and 5 critically ill ducklings were examined by pathological examination,PCR detection,bacterial isolation and identification,and animal pathogenicity test,the pathogen caused acute death of the ducklings was finally confirmed to be Escherichia coli.The isolated Escherichia coli was determined to be resistant to ampicillin,amoxicillin,neomycin,erythromycin,florfenicol,enrofloxacin,polymyxin B,and compound sulfamethoxazole,while sensitive to gentamicin,kanamycin,azithromycin,ceftazidime,cefalexin,ofloxacin,and doxycycline.The diagnosis of this acute death case of ducklings provides guidance for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases of local duck breeding farms.
