杞麓湖畔养殖水域硅藻种群时空分布研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解杞麓湖硅藻的时空分布的特征,于2018年4~9月份对杞麓湖养殖水域水体表、底层的硅藻多样性进行分析研究.结果表明:杞麓湖养殖水域共鉴定出硅藻有10属30种,其中表层占了6属21种,底层有9属23种,以梅尼小环藻为优势种,丰度达65%以上,水体富营养化程度较严重,并且底层总氮含量高于表层,导致底层水体的梅尼小环藻丰度高于表层;研究期内,该水域水温和电导率分别呈现抛物线和下降趋势,但硅藻时空分布波动较大,反映了不同硅藻物种对水温和电导率的反应不同,同时受人类活动的影响较大. In order to understand the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of diatoms in Qilu Lake,the diversity of diatoms in the surface and bottom water of Qilu Lake aquaculture waters was studied from April to September 2018.The results showed that there were 30 species of diatoms in 10 genera in the waters,including 21 species in 6 genera in the surface layer and 23 species in 9 genera in the bottom layer.Cyclotella meneghiniana is the dominant species which indicates that the eutrophication of the water body was serious.And the total nitrogen content in the bottom layer was higher than that in the surface layer,which led to the higher abundance of C.meneghiniana in the bottom layer than that in the surface layer.During the study period,the water temperature and conductivity showed parabolic and downward trends,respectively.However,the spatial and temporal distribution of diatoms fluctuated greatly,which reflected the different responses of different diatom species to water temperature and conductivity,and the great influence of human activities on them.
