摘要
强度为960 MPa的高强钢需求量极大,已成为各金属加工企业重点设计开发的品种之一。本文根据高强钢的性能要求,设计了Q960E高强钢的成分,分析了Q960E高强钢新品种的生产工艺,并研究了Q960E高强钢的热处理工艺。结果表明:在900℃淬火保温15 min及450℃回火保温30 min的热处理工艺下,Q960E高强钢板的力学性能满足标准要求。
High strength steel with the strength of 960 MPa is in great demand and has become one of the key design and development varieties of various metal processing enterprises. According to the performance requirements of Q960 E high strength steel, the composition is designed, the production process is analyzed, and the heat treatment process is studied. After quenching at 900 ℃ for 15 min and tempering at 450 ℃ for 30 min, the mechanical properties of Q960 E highs trength steel plate meets the standard requirements.
