补体系统在常染色体显性遗传多囊肾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 常染色体显性遗传多囊肾病(autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease,ADPKD)是最常见的单基因遗传性肾病,约50%的患者在60岁时进入终末期肾衰竭,给家庭和社会带来巨大负担。ADPKD缺乏安全有效的治疗药物,主要原因是该病发病机制复杂,目前尚未完全阐明。补体旁路途径的异常激活可能通过促进囊肿上皮细胞增殖和肾间质炎性细胞浸润加速ADPKD进展,旁路途径有望成为治疗的新靶点。本文主要针对补体系统在ADPKD发病中的相关研究进展作一综述,以期为临床干预和治疗ADPKD提供新思路。
