新型经营主体农地流转行为影响因素研究

Influencing Factors on Farmland Circulation of New-Type Management Entities

为探究新型经营主体农地流转行为的影响因素,从人力资本特征、社会资本特征、生产经营特征3个维度出发,运用多元线性回归模型分析新型经营主体农地流转行为的影响因素。结果表明,除是否为本村人这一影响因素对农地流转行为影响不显著外,其余影响因素分别在1%、5%、10%显著性水平上对农地流转行为产生正向影响。该结论为提高新型经营主体农地流转效率提供依据,有利于解决当下农地撂荒、生产效率低下等问题。

In order to explore the influencing factors of farmland circulation behavior of new business entities,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of farmland circulation behavior of new business entities by using multiple linear regression model from three dimensions:human capital characteristics,social capital characteristics and production and operation characteristics.The research results show that,except for the influence factor of whether the villager has no significant impact on the behavior of farmland transfer,the other influencing factors have a positive impact on the behavior of farmland transfer at the significance level of 1%,5%,and 10%respectively.This conclusion provides a basis for improving the efficiency of agricultural land transfer for new operating entities,and then solve the current problems of abandoned agricultural land and low production efficiency conductively.
