农户农地产权认知对农地流转行为的影响

The Impact of Farmers'cognition of Farmland Property Rights on Farmland Transfer Behavior

农户作为农地产权制度最重要的参与人,自身对农地产权的认知直接影响到是否做出农地流转的决策。本文基于六盘山甘肃片区8个县464户农户微观调研数据,利用结构方程模型实证分析农户农地产权认知对农地流转行为的影响程度及形成机理。研究结果发现,测度农户农地产权认知的5个维度即农户农地承包权、流转权、使用权、收益权和处分权认知均正向影响农地流转行为,影响程度分别为19.7%、17.6%、22.2%、23.3%、20.4%。农户农地承包权、流转权、使用权、收益权和处分权认知对农地转出行为均产生了显著的正向影响;农户农地产权认知程度越高,农户转出农地的行为越积极;农地产权认知各项指标对农地转出行为的影响程度和形成机理各不相同,农户对农地收益权的认知对农地转出行为的影响更为显著。

As the most important participants in the agricultural land property rights system,farmers'own perception of agricultural land property rights directly affects their decision-making on whether to transfer agricultural land.This study quantitatively measures farmers'cognition of farmland property rights and its impact on farmland transfer behavior based on the micro-survey data of 464 rural households in eight counties in Liupanshan of Gansu province.This paper empirically analyzes the impact of farmers'cognition of farmland property rights on farmland transfer behavior and its formation mechanism by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The results show that the five dimensions of farmers'cognition of farmland property right,namely,farmland contract right,circulation right,use right,income right and disposal right,all have positive effects on farmland circulation behavior,the influence degree was 19.7%,17.6%,22.2%,23.3%,20.4%respectively.Farmers'cognition of farmland contract right,circulation right,use right,income right and disposal right has a significant positive impact on their farmland transfer behavior,the more active the behavior of farmers transferring farmland,the different influence degree and formation mechanism of each index of the cognition of farmland property right on the behavior of transferring farmland are different,the farmers'cognition of farmland income right has a more significant impact on farmland transfer.
