不同砧木对廉江红橙酸度和甜度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择廉江2个不同区域种植的不同砧木的两种成熟廉江红橙的果实,以江西脐橙和纽荷尔脐橙作参照对比,系统研究2种不同砧木嫁接的成熟廉江红橙的酸度、甜度和化渣率等品质参数,以期为栽培选择适宜积砧橙类品种提供参考。结果表明,红桔砧木甜橙的糖度显著高于柠檬砧木甜橙,且果实的酸度也略有区别。总体而言,红橙砧木甜橙果实品质显著优于柠檬砧木甜橙。 The fruits of two ripe Lianjiang red oranges planted on different rootstocks in two different areas of Lianjiang were compared with Jiangxi navel orange and Newhall orange.The quality parameters such as acidity,sweetness and slagging rate of mature Lianjiang red orange grafted with two different rootstocks were studied systematically,which provides the reference for cultivation and selection of suitable rootstock orange varieties.The results show that the sugar content of sweet orang from tangerine rootstock is significantly higher than that of lemon rootstock,and the acidity is slightly different.In general,the fruit quality of tangerine rootstock sweet orang is significantly better than that of lemon rootstock.
