女职工妇科健康体检普查结果及对策分析

Results and countermeasures of gynecological physical examination of female workers

目的分析女职工妇科健康体检普查结果并提出针对性健康教育对策。方法选取进行妇科健康体检的932名女职工为研究对象,所有研究对象均进行乳腺彩超、宫颈刮片、腹盆腔彩超等常规妇科检查,分析其妇科健康体检普查结果。结果932名女职工检出妇科疾病发生率较高的前9种分别为慢性宫颈炎、乳腺结节、宫颈囊肿、子宫肌瘤、乳腺增生、宫颈炎、乳腺导管扩张、卵巢囊肿、老年阴道炎和盆腔积液。患有妇科疾病的女职工为808名,检出率为86.70%。不同年龄女职工常见妇科疾病发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次女职工妇科健康体检普查中妇科疾病的检出率较高,应加强对女职工的健康宣传教育,提高妇女自我保护和定期体检的意识,从而降低妇科疾病的发生率。

Objective To analyze the results of gynecological health examinations of female workers and put forward targeted health education countermeasures.Methods A total of 932 female employees who underwent gynecological health examinations were selected as the research objects.All the research subjects underwent routine gynecological examinations such as breast color ultrasound,cervical smear,abdominal and pelvic color ultrasound,and the results of their gynecological physical examinations were analyzed.Results The top 9 kinds of gynecological diseases with higher incidence rate among the 932 female employees were:chronic cervicitis,breast nodules,cervical cysts,uterine fibroids,breast hyperplasia,cervicitis,breast ductal dilatation,ovarian cysts,senile vaginitis and pelvic effusion.There were 808 female employees suffering from gynecological diseases,and the detection rate was 86.70%.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of common gynecological diseases among female workers of different ages(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of gynecological diseases in the gynecological health examination census of female workers is relatively high.It is necessary to strengthen the health publicity and education of female workers,improve women's awareness of self-protection and regular physical examination,so as to reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases.
