加味二妙颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的效果及对阴道微生态的影响

Effect of Jiawei Ermiao granule combined with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsules on high-risk human papillomavirus infection patients and its influence on vaginal Microecology

目的探讨加味二妙颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者的效果及对阴道微生态的影响。方法选择HR-HPV感染患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。两组均给予重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,研究组联合加味二妙颗粒治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、HPV转阴率及复发率、阴道微生态变化情况及药物不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HPV转阴率为80.00%,高于对照组的53.33%;疾病复发率为3.33%低于对照组20.00%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴道微生态情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组阴道清洁度正常率高于对照组,过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))及白细胞酯酶(LE)阳性表达率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味二妙颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗HR-HPV病毒感染的疗效显著,有助于提高患者机体免疫力,改善临床症状,调节阴道微生态的稳定,进而清除HPV病毒,且安全有效,无明显不良反应发生,值得进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Ermiao Granules combined with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsules in the treatment of patients with high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection and its effect on vaginal microecology.Methods A total of 60 patients with HR-HPV infection were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with recombinant human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent capsules,and the study group was treated with Jiawei Ermiao Granules.The total effective rate,HPV negative conversion rate and recurrence rate,vaginal microecological changes and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group,73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV negative conversion rate in the study group was 80.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(53.33%),and the disease recurrence rate was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal microecology between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the normal rate of vaginal cleanliness in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the positive expression rates of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and leukocyte esterase(LE)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Ermiao Granules combined with recombinant human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of HR-HPV virus infection,which helps to improve the patient's immunity,improve clinical symptoms,regulate the stability of vaginal microecology,and then remove HPV virus.It is safe and effective,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
