地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of dydrogesterone combined with metformin on polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨时地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的疗效。方法选取100例PCOS患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组给予地屈孕酮治疗,研究组给予地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组血清性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清性激素水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血糖代谢指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血糖代谢指标水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂代谢指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS患者疗效良好,可降低患者的性激素、血糖代谢水平,改善血脂代谢水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of combined use of dydrogesterone and metformin in the treatment of patients.with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 100 patients with PCOS were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given dydrogesterone treatment,and the study group was given dydrogesterone combined with metformin treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum sex hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,serum sex hormone levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of blood glucose metabolism indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of blood glucose metabolism indicators in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of blood lipid metabolism indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group;high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with metformin has good curative effect in the treatment of PCOS patients.It can reduce the levels of sex hormones and blood glucose metabolism,and improve the level of blood lipid metabolism.It is worthy of clinical application.
