经阴道超声与经腹部超声检查诊断异位妊娠的价值比较

Comparison of the value of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的比较不同超声路径超声检查诊断异位妊娠的差异,探讨经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的价值。方法选取76例异位妊娠患者,均进行经腹部超声及经阴道超声检测,观察超声影像学指标、诊断情况。结果经诊断,76例患者中,23例盆腔积液、21例胚芽、44例胚囊、63例附件包块、20例原始心管搏动。76例经阴道超声检查的患者中,盆腔积液诊断出20例(86.96%)、胚芽诊断出17例(80.95%)、胚囊诊断出40例(90.91%)、附件包块诊断出60例(95.24%)、原始心管搏动诊断出16例(80.00%),均高于经腹超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道超声检查确诊为96.05%,高于经腹超声检查的78.95%,漏诊率、误诊率均低于经腹超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查诊断异位妊娠,诊断率较高,误诊率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the differences in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by ultrasonography with different ultrasound paths,and to explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 76 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and underwent transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography to observe the ultrasound imaging indicators and diagnosis.Results After diagnosis,among the 76 patients,23 cases had pelvic effusion,21 cases had germ,44 cases had embryo sac,63 cases had adnexal mass,and 20 cases had primitive cardiac tube beat.Among the 76 patients who underwent transvaginal ultrasonography,20(8696%)were diagnosed with pelvic effusion,17(80.95%)were diagnosed with germ,40(90.91%)were diagnosed with blastocyst,and 60 were diagnosed with adnexal mass.(95.24%),16 cases(80.00%)were diagnosed by original cardiac tube beat,which were higher than those by transabdominal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnosis rate of transvaginal ultrasonography was 96.05%,which was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasonography(78.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has a high diagnosis rate and low misdiagnosis rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
