个性化护理在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of personalized nursing in puerpera with painless delivery

目的探讨个性化护理在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取行无痛分娩产妇52例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组26例。对照组产妇接受常规护理,观察组产妇接受个性化护理。观察两组产妇分娩后排尿情况及住院周期、尿潴留发生情况、护理满意度、生活质量。结果观察组产妇初次排尿时间、住院时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇2~4、4~6 h尿潴留发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇6~8 h尿潴留发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度为96.15%,高于对照组的73.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组躯体疼痛、生理机能、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、生理职能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理应用于无痛分娩产妇效果较好,能够缩短产妇初次排尿时间、住院时间,降低产后尿储留发生率,提高产妇护理满意度和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing in puerpera with painless delivery.Methods Fifty-two puerperae with painless delivery were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received personalized nursing.Postpartum urination,hospitalization period,occurrence of urinary retention,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results The first urination time and hospital stay of puerperae in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of 2-4 and 4-6 h urinary retention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the incidence of 6-8 h urinary retention between the two groups.significance(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 73.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical pain,physiological function,general health status,energy,social function,and physiological function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing is effective for puerperae with painless delivery.It can shorten the time of initial urination and hospital stay,reduce the incidence of postpartum urine retention,and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of puerperae,which is worthy of clinical application.
