双效护理模式在妇科急腹症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of double-effect nursing model in patients with gynecological acute abdomen

目的探讨双效护理模式在妇科急腹症患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取80例妇科急腹症患者为研究对象,按照时间顺序分别对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用双效护理模式。观察两组患者的护理满意度和不良事件发生率、院后指导效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的护理满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者护理不良事件发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。院后随访结果显示,观察组患者院后1例复发,复发率为2.5%,2例出现停经,经随访沟通后,患者均得到了有效的处理。结论对妇科急腹症患者采取双效护理模式,能够有效提高患者的护理满意度与手术成功率,降低不良事件的发生率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of double-effect nursing mode in patients with gynecological acute abdomen.Methods A total of 80 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the chronological order,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received double effect nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of adverse events and the after-hospital guidance effect of the two groups were observed.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 2.5%,which was lower than 17.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Post-hospital follow-up results showed that in the observation group,1 patient had recurrence,the recurrence rate was 2.5%,and 2 patients had menopause.After follow-up communication,all patients were effectively treated.Conclusion The double-effect nursing model for gynecological acute abdomen patients can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and the success rate of surgery,reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
