优质护理对产妇心理状态和分娩结局的影响

Effect of high quality nursing on maternal mental state and delivery outcome

目的探讨优质护理对产妇的心理状态以及分娩结局的影响。方法选取本院62名产妇为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31名。对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇给予优质护理。比较两组产妇的临床指标、负性情绪、孕期并发症率、分娩结局情况。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组,孕期并发症率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组,产后2 h出血量、产程时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇分娩中应用优质护理,能够改善产妇的心理状态,提高自然分娩成功率,缩短产程时间,减少产后出血量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on maternal mental state and delivery outcome.Methods A total of 62 parturient women in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The clinical indicators,negative emotions,pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the pregnancy complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Numerical Scoring(NRS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood loss at 2 h postpartum and labor time were lower than those of the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in parturient delivery can improve the psychological state of parturient,increase the success rate of natural delivery,shorten the labor time,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
