综合护理在妇产科急诊患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in obstetrics and gynecology emergency patients

目的探讨综合护理在妇产科急诊患者中的应用效果。方法选取妇产科急诊患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理。比较两组患者临床指标、护理满意度、不良心理情绪评分、不良事件情况。结果观察组妇产科急诊患者血压、心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良事件总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的13.33%,但是两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理在妇产科急诊患者中的应用效果优于常规护理,综合护理能改善患者临床指标,提高护理满意度,改善不良心理情绪,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency patients of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 60 cases of emergency patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction,adverse psychological and emotional scores and adverse events were compared between the two groups under different nursing methods.Results The blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 13.33%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing is better than routine nursing in emergency patients of obstetrics and gynecology.Comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical indicators of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,improve the adverse psychological mood,reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical application.
