网络背景下高职学生优良学风建设长效机制研究--以吉林工业职业技术学院为例

Research On the Long-term Mechanism of High Vocational Students'Excellent Study Style Construction Under the Network Background--Taking Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology as an Example

网络背景下,加强高职学生优良学风建设,可以起到增强学校办学综合实力、提升学生专业学习效果、促进学生更加健康全面发展等作用,然而从实际来看,高职学生优良学风建设还存在诸多不足,特别是在思想认识、良好教风、管理制度、专业教育、校园文化等方面。为此,要结合高职院校学风建设实际,采取积极有效措施构建优良学风建设长效机制,以促进高职学生更好学习和发展。根据对吉林工业职业技术学院学风现状调查,对高职院校学风建设存在问题进行细致分析,从提高思想认识、形成良好教风、健全管理制度、加强专业教育、构建校园文化等方面提出了高职学生优良学风长效机制建设策略。

Under the network background,strengthening the construction of the excellent style of study of vocational students can play a role in strengthening the comprehensive strength of the school,improving the students’professional learning effect,promoting the students’more healthy and comprehensive development,etc.However,from a practical point of view,there are still many deficiencies in the construction of the excellent style of study of vocational students,especially in ideological awareness,good teaching style,management system,professional education,campus culture,etc.In combination with the practice of the construction of the style of study in higher vocational colleges,we should take positive and effective measures to build a long-term mechanism for the construction of a good style of study,and promote the better learning and development of higher vocational students.Based on the survey of the current situation of the style of study in Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology,we should carefully analyze the problems in the construction of the style of study in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of improving ideological understanding,forming a good teaching style,improving the management system,strengthening professional education,and building campus culture.This paper puts forward the long-term mechanism construction strategy of excellent style of study of higher vocational students for reference.
