摘要
详细介绍了逆流式活性炭脱硫脱硝工艺在安钢周口公司的应用,同时对该系统在运行过程中出现的脱硝系统启动过程时间长、脱硫段返料堵塞脱硝段风道等问题进行了认真分析,通过采取增加临时喷氨装置,在脱硫段上顶板处新增三处烟气出口等有效措施,使问题得到妥善解决。
The application of countercurrent activated carbon desulfurization and denitration process in Angang Zhoukou Company is introduced in detail , and the reasons for the problems such as long start-up time of denitration system and blockage of air duct in denitration section by materials in desulfurization section during the operation of the system are carefully analyzed. By adding temporary ammonia injection device and three new flue gas outlets at the upper roof of desulfurization section and other effective measures, the problems are properly solved.
