安钢3号烧结系统设备改造与工艺提升 被引量:2

摘要 安钢3号烧结系统2012年4月投产,其烧结矿主要供3号高炉使用,存在设备老化、故障率高、抽风系统漏风率高、水密封环冷机漏料扬尘、除尘系统除尘效果差等问题,工艺技术设备落后,不能满足新环保形势下的要求,急需进行设备改造与工艺提升。为此,在认真研究国内外烧结机发展趋势,结合安钢生产实际需求的基础上,2020年12月中旬至2021年3月中旬对该系统进行了为期近3个月的大修技改工程,重点项目有环冷机换型改造、热风循环新技术的应用、机尾除尘器换升级改造、机头除尘器整体更换、机头料仓增加伴热等,满足了新形势下的环保、安全、产质量要求,为满足高炉稳定的高产、优质、低耗烧结矿提供了有力支持。 Angang No.3 sintering system was putted into production in April 2012, the sintering is mainly used for No. 3 blast furnace. Problems, such as equipment aging, high failure rate, high air leakage rate, material leakage of annular cooler, poor dust cleaning and so on, are existed , which can not meet the requirement of the new environmental protection situation, so that equipment renovation and process improvement are in urgent need. Therefore, in studying sintering machine development trend at home and abroad, on the basis of the actual demand of steel production, overhaul technical renovation of the system are carried out for nearly three months from mid-December 2020 to mid-March 2021, including annular cooler transformation, the application of new hot air circulation technology, the replacement and upgrading of the tail dust collector, the overall replacement of the head dust collector, and the addition of heat tracing to the head silo and so on. It can meet the environmental protection and safety requirements under the new situation and provide a strong support for the blast furnace to provide stable high-yield, high-quality, low-consumption sinter.
