摘要
为达到“碳达峰、碳中和”的环保目标,钢铁行业需要正视节能减排,烧结工序作为钢铁行业污染物排放大户,亟需解决污染物排放问题。从烧结工序的源头减排、过程控制、末端治理三个方面,研究了污染物排放规律,实施了相应的有效措施。2021年全年,烧结作业区总排放出口粉尘、SO_(2)、NO_(x)在线监测浓度数据分别低于5mg/m^(3)、15mg/m^(3)、30mg/m^(3),符合政府超低排放的要求,取得了良好的效果。
In order to achieve the environmental protection goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization", the iron and steel industry needs to face up to energy conservation and emission reduction. As a major pollutant emitter in the iron and steel industry, the sintering process urgently needs to solve the problem of pollutant emission. The company’s sintering process has studied the pollutant emission law from the three aspects of source emission reduction, process control and end treatment, and implemented effective measures accordingly. In 2021, the online monitoring concentration data of dust, SO_(2) and NO_(x) at the outlet of the total emission of sintering operation area were lower than 5 mg / m^(3), 15 mg / m^(3) and 30 mg / m^(3) respectively, which met the requirements of the government for ultra-low emission and achieved good results.
