摘要
为提升板材产品表面质量,提高产品附加值,加强产品市场竞争力,马钢装备有板坯火焰清理机,可以对板坯四个面同时进行清理。着重介绍了马钢在提高板坯清理质量中对点火坑的合格率的控制,分析了缺陷形成原因,通过对烧嘴、毛刺、熔渣粒化水等方面进行系统改进,明显提高了点火坑的合格率。
In order to improve the quality of slab surface,added value of products and strengthen the market competitiveness of products,Masteel has equipped with slab scarfing machine,which can scarfing four surfaces of slab at the same time. This paper focuses on the control of the qualified rate of ignition pit in improving the slab cleaning quality of Masteel, analyzes the causes of defects,the qualified rate of ignition pit is obviously improved through the systematic improvement of preheat blocks, burrs and slag granulation water.
