复方血栓通胶囊联合康柏西普治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性疗效观察

目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊联合康柏西普治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的效果。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均用康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射,观察组加用复方血栓通胶囊口服。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CMT、CNV水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清CRP、VEGC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊联合康柏西普治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性疗效较好,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with conbercept in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conbercept intravitreal injection,and the observation group were treated with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule orally.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CMT and CNV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP and VEGC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with conbercept is effective in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration without increasing adverse reactions.
