经皮穴位电刺激治疗混合痔术后疼痛临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation,TEAS)治疗混合痔术后疼痛的疗效。方法:60例用随机数字表法分为刺激组和假TEAS组,两组均于术后3h、第2d换药后、第3d换药后给予TEAS刺激,每次治疗时间45min。结果:刺激组第1次治疗后与治疗前VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而假TEAS组治疗前后VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。刺激组与假TEAS组第2次及第3次治疗后与治疗前VAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TEAS可以缓解混合痔术后疼痛。 Objective:To observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into stimulation group and sham TEAS group.Both groups were given TEAS stimulation at the time point of 3 hours after operation,on the second day after dressing change and on the third day after dressing change.Each treatment time was 45 minutes.Results:The VAS score of the stimulation group after the first treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score before and after treatment in sham TEAS group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in VAS scores between the stimulation group and the sham TEAS group after the second and the third treatment and those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:TEAS could relieve postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.
