短期胰岛素泵治疗T2DM的疗效及对EL及8-iso-PGF2α水平的影响

Efficacy of Short-term Insulin Pump in the Treatment of T2DM and Its Effect on EL and 8-iso-PGF2αLevels

目的探究分析短期胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的疗效及对内皮脂肪酶(EL)及8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平的影响。方法采取随机数表法将2020年2月—2022年2月江苏省建湖县人民医院收治的120例T2DM患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予胰岛素皮下注射治疗,观察组给予短期胰岛素泵治疗,对比两组疗效、治疗前后血糖指标变化、血糖达标时间、住院时间、血清EL及8-iso-PGF2α水平,同时观察治疗期间低血糖的发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,血糖达标时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、EL及8-isoPGF2α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组低血糖事件发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短期胰岛素泵治疗T2DM的疗效与胰岛素皮下注射治疗相比,临床总有效率更高,促进血糖指标改善、血糖达标以及住院时间缩短、血清EL及8-iso-PGF2α水平改善,且治疗期间不会增加低血糖发生率,安全性较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of short-term insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effect on endothelial lipase(EL)and 8-isoprostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)levels.Methods 120 T2DM patients admitted to Jianhu County People´s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from February 2020 to February 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given subcutaneous injection of insulin,and the observation group was given short-term insulin pump therapy.The curative effect,blood glucose index changes,blood glucose reaching time,hospitalization time,serum EL and 8-iso-PGF2αlevels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of hypoglycemia during treatment was also observed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the time to reach the blood glucose standard and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,EL and 8-iso-PGF2αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with subcutaneous injection of insulin,short-term insulin pump has a higher clinical total effective rate in the treatment of T2DM,promoting the improvement of blood glucose indicators,shortening the time of reaching the standard of blood glucose and hospitalization,and improving the level of serum EL and 8-iso-PGF2α.In addition,it will not increase the incidence of hypoglycemia during the treatment period,with a higher safety.
