四君子汤加味治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的效果

Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction on Diabetes Complicated with Chronic Gastritis

目的 分析四君子汤加味治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的效果。方法 选择2020年5月—2022年1月中矿金业股份有限公司职工医院收治的86例糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的患者,入院时由计算机随机编号,再按照单双数进行分组,各43例。对照组应用常规三联疗法、饮食控制等基础治疗,研究组患者在基础治疗上应用四君子汤加味治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平、内镜检查两组患者中医证侯情况、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,研究组患者的血糖指标水平、各项中医证候积分显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加味治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎疗效确切,可以更有效缓解患者的症状、控制血糖,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by chronic gastritis who were admitted to the staff hospital of China Mining Gold Industry Co.,Ltd.from May 2020 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly numbered by computer at the time of admission,and then grouped according to odd and even numbers,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment such as conventional triple therapy and diet control.The patients in the study group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction in addition to the basic treatment.The blood glucose level,endoscopic examination of TCM syndromes,treatment effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,blood glucose index level and the scores of various TCM syndromes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sijunzi Decoction has definite curative effect in the treatment of diabetes complicated with chronic gastritis,can more effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,control blood glucose,and has high safety.
