肿瘤合并糖尿病患者放疗期间接受个性化血糖管理对血糖水平的影响探究

Influence of Individualized Blood Glucose Management on Blood Glucose Levels During Radiotherapy in Cancer Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探究个性化血糖管理应用于肿瘤合并糖尿病患者放疗期间对血糖水平的影响。方法 选择2021年4月—2022年4月于泉州第910医院接受放疗的68例肿瘤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,利用信封法将患者分为干预组(n=34)及比照组(n=34),分别给予个性化血糖管理、常规护理,观察两组护理效果。结果 与比照组比较,干预组血糖值均更低、生活质量各项评分及糖尿病知识掌握程度各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肿瘤合并糖尿病患者放疗期间接受个性化血糖管理,护理效果显著提高。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized blood glucose management on blood glucose levels during radiotherapy in patients with cancer and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 68 patients with tumors and diabetes who received radiotherapy in Quanzhou No.910 Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the intervention group(n=34)and the control group(n=34)used the envelope method.Individualized blood glucose management and routine nursing were given respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had lower blood glucose levels,higher quality of life scores and higher diabetes knowledge scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized blood glucose management during radiotherapy in patients with tumor and diabetes can significantly improve the nursing effect.
