自我效能理论的护理干预对老年糖尿病并脑外伤患者血糖水平及自我效能的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Self-efficacy Theory on Blood Glucose Level and Self-Efficacy in Elderly Patients with Diabetes and Brain Trauma

目的 探讨自我效能理论的护理干预对老年糖尿病并脑外伤患者血糖水平及自我效能的影响。方法选取龙岩人民医院神经外科2021年1月—2022年1月收治的80例老年糖尿病并脑外伤患者,双盲随机法分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施自我效能理论的护理干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果 研究组血糖监测水平低于对照组,自我效能高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年糖尿病并脑外伤患者实施自我效能理论成效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on blood glucose level and self-efficacy in elderly patients with diabetes and traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes and traumatic brain injury who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Longyan People´s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the research group was given nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose monitoring level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the self-efficacy was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of self-efficacy theory in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and traumatic brain injury is effective.
