摘要
目的 探讨达格列净在早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy, DN)中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1—11月江苏省南京市高淳中医院收治的早期DN患者56例,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组给予常规的降糖方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予达格列净片进行联合治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后的肾功能、血压、血糖、血脂指标水平。结果 治疗后,与治疗前比较,观察组尿液24 h尿微量白蛋白水平明显降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者尿液UACR、SUA,SBP、DBP,血清Hb A1c、FPG、2 h PG、LDL-C、TC、TG水平均降低,且观察组尿液UACR、血清2 h PG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 达格列净应用于早期DN患者,可改善肾功能,调节血糖,稳定血压、血脂。
Objective To investigate the application effect of dapagliflozin in early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 56 patients with early DN who were admitted to Gaochun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province from January to November 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional hypoglycemic regimen for treatment,and the observation group was given dapagliflozin tablets on the basis of the control group for combined treatment,both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of renal function,blood pressure,blood glucose,and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,the 24 h urine microalbumin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);urine UACR,SUA,SBP,DBP,serum HbA1c,FPG,2 hPG,LDL-C,TC,and TG levels were all decreased in both groups,the levels of urine UACR and serum 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin can improve renal function,regulate blood glucose,stabilize blood pressure and blood lipids in patients with early DN.
