京津冀地区低碳物流效率测度及分析 被引量:5

摘要 区域协同发展与低碳经济是当前我国区域经济发展的主题。基于低碳化发展背景,选取2014年至2019年北京市、天津市、河北省的相关数据,采用三阶段DEA模型和Malmquist模型,分别从静态和动态维度对京津冀地区的低碳物流效率进行测度。结果表明:地区经济发展、居民消费以及研究开发支出对京津冀地区低碳物流效率的测度有一定影响;从静态角度看,京津冀三省市各自的低碳物流效率均达到了理想状态,但京津冀地区整体的低碳物流效率未达到最优,仍存在上升空间,主要原因是物流业规模尚有提升空间;从动态角度看,技术进步推动了低碳物流效率的发展。 Based on the relevant data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province from 2014 to 2019,the low-carbon logistics efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is calculated with the three-stage DEA model and Malmquist model.The three-stage EDA model can eliminate the environmental influence on the efficiency model in the static spatial dimension.The Malmquist model can calculate the dynamic development of low-carbon logistics efficiency in the dynamic time dimension.The conclusions are as follows:The external environment has a certain impact on the measurement of low-carbon logistics efficiency;From a static perspective,the low-carbon logistics efficiency of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province is ideal while the low-carbon logistics efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a whole is not optimal;From a dynamic perspective,technological progress has improved low-carbon logistics efficiency.
