温敏性双网络复合水凝胶的制备及表征

摘要 制备了具有温敏性的海藻酸钠双网络复合水凝胶。以ZnO纳米粒子为内核、聚多巴胺(PDA)为外壳,制备聚多巴胺包覆氧化锌复合纳米材料(ZnO@PDA),将其作为水凝胶的增强材料引入海藻酸(SA)和水凝胶中,制备出聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)双网络复合水凝胶SA/PNIPAM/ZnO@PDA。通过红外光谱图证明复合水凝胶具备了PDA、ZnO的特征峰;接触角测试表明,复合水凝胶的亲水性表现优异,添加了增强材料ZnO@PDA的水凝胶的平均接触角为25.3°;温敏性测试表明,复合水凝胶的温敏性较好。复合水凝胶作为一种功能性水凝胶,在创口敷料领域有着广阔的应用前景。 A thermosensitive sodium alginate double-network hydrogel was prepared.The poly dopamine-coated zinc oxide composite nanomaterials(ZnO@PDA)were prepared with ZnO nanoparticles as the core and polydopamine(PDA)as the shell.As the reinforcement materials for hydrogel,it was introduced into alginic acid and hydrogels to prepare PNIPAM double-network composite hydrogel(SA/PNIPAM/ZnO@PDA).It was proved by infrared spectrum analysis that the composite hydrogel had characteristic peaks of PDA and ZnO.The contact angle test showed that the hydrophilicity of the composite hydrogel was excellent,and the average contact angle of the hydrogel with the reinforcement material ZnO@PDA was maintained at 25.3°.The temperature sensitivity test revealed that the composite hydrogel had good temperature sensitivity.As a functional hydrogel,it had broad application prospects in the field of wound dressings.
